Fair & Transparent Fees Refund Policy
At Aspirations Institute, we follow a Clear, Ethical, Transparent and Parent-friendly Fee Refund Policy, ensuring fairness in all financial matters.
Our policy is thoughtfully designed by considering academic progress, teaching commitment and resource allocation, so that both students and parents are treated fairly.

Enrollment Fees (Non-Refundable)
A one-time Enrollment Fee of ₹2,000 per subject is charged at the time of admission.
This fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers:
- Admission processing and seat blocking
- Academic planning and batch allocation
- Initial administrative and onboarding costs
Academic Plan & Coverage Justification
Our refund policy is aligned with the actual academic delivery timeline:
- For Class 10 & Class 12, the entire syllabus is completed by October
- For other classes, approximately 70% of the syllabus is completed by October
This means that a major portion of academic value is already delivered by October, which is why refund percentages reduce progressively over time.
Fee Refund Structure
Refund eligibility is based on the date of submission of written refund request:

No refund will be applicable for requests made after 31st October.

- Refunds are applicable on tuition fees only
- Enrollment Fee (₹2,000 per subject) is non-refundable
- Study material fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Refund will be calculated based on the date of written request, not last attendance
- Refund requests must be submitted through an official written application
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
